Most of my work happens behind the scenes. I support clients after they sign on, help them understand what they have access to, and make sure they’re getting real value from it.
I work closely with sales and leadership to keep relationships strong, communication clear, and expectations aligned. I connect the right people, handle the details, and make sure support and resources are delivered smoothly.
